Home Inspection Time!

We’ll help you choose qualified home inspectors who will look at EVERYTHING. We’ll attend your home inspection (whether or not you can be there, too). And, we’ll help you negotiate for repairs, if any are needed.

The Home Appraisal!

If you’re obtaining a new mortgage for your purchase, your lender will order the appraisal. If there is no mortgage, we’ll order the appraisal for you (if that is your choice). The home appraisal will determine market value. This ensures the price you’re paying is justified. And if not, we’ll help you negotiate a price that is.

Title Work!

We’ll review your title commitment, ensuring that title to your new property is clean and ready for sale. We’ll help you negotiate problems related to title, if any exist.

Your New Loan!

We’ll refer you to our best LOCAL lenders, ensuring the loan process is efficient and understandable for you. We’ll track the loan deadlines, making sure you have conditions met and approval in plenty of time.

Congratulations, It’s Closing Day!

We’ll stay in communication with your lender, ensuring they are prepared for funding on closing day. We’ll attend your final walk through with you, to make sure the house is ready for you. We’ll be by your side at the closing, ensuring any questions are answered, documents are signed and you get your keys.
